SCHÜTZ packaging systems are subjected to enormous stress, day in, day out. That is why everyday in our laboratories we test the high degree of product quality that leaves our company.
In addition to drop and vibration tests, we also test for long-term properties of our IBCs such as their behaviour under a maximum of stress to further improve our products.

Transparency prevents mistakes. That is why every single step in the process, no matter how small, can be traced during the production of our packaging systems.
Our barcode system allows us to trace back to the raw material lot for every individual component as well as the materials used and the production procedures applied. At SCHÜTZ, mistakes don’t stand a chance.
To make sure that our quality management works properly around the globe, we have developed a SCHÜTZ standard that includes all of the specifications and is binding for all of our branches worldwide. These specifications and the unconditional compliance with customers' specifications are the prerequisites for the extraordinary quality of our products.
