Standard:

Tubular steel grid, patent-welded and galvanised.
Bolted to platform and / or pallet.

With ECOBULK SX-EX:

Additional steel sheet jacket that utilises the electrical charge of the inner container.
  • Contains product-specific information (type of product, specification) as well as all relevant information about the production at SCHÜTZ (date, machine, etc.).

  • Identification table available in different sizes.

  • Additional info sticker (for Ex-zones, FDA approval, UN approval, for instance).

  • The SCHÜTZ TICKET FAX with which to request pick-up by SCHÜTZ is located in the pocket.

Standard:

Extrusion blow-moulded inner container made of high-molecular, high-density polyethylene (HDPE), complete drainage of residual content.

Options:

Inner container made of up to six different layers that create completely new possibilities for packaging applications:

  • Conductive outer layer for use in Ex-zones

  • Non-charging outer layer for use in Ex-zones

  • EVOH permeation and oxygen barrier
