permeation barrier EVOH!
SCHÜTZ is the only manufacturer in the world that produces intermediate bulk containers with an EVOH inner layer, which, as a diffusion barrier, reduces permeability to gases and oils, fats or solvents to a minimum, as well as representing a safe barrier for flavorings or aromas.

New ECODRUM F1-EX tight-head drum
The conductive outer layer of the new ECODRUM F1-EX tight-head drum by SCHÜTZ prevent electrostatic charges. In addition, the contact strip that is integrated into the drum wall, provides a conductive link from the inside of the drum to the outside, thus ensuring better handling.

An outer layer with an ex-guarantee.
Through the use of an antistatic or conductive outer layer for the plastic container, electrostatic charges of containers can be prevented.
 
 

Protect products from light and UV rays.
As an option, additional protection of the filling product is possible, through the addition of a white or black color batch in the outer layer. This way, light-sensitive and UV-ray-sensitive products are safely protected.
