What is the procedure for collection?
 
On receipt of your SCHÜTZ TICKET SERVICE form, we organise collection of your emptied SCHÜTZ IBCs as soon as possible by one of our carriers.
 
Where larger quantities are involved, we will send you separate notification of the exact collection date. Smaller amounts will be collected within the specified time for your region.
 
 
Do I then have nothing more to do with the collection?
 
Not quite. Loading of the emptied IBCs onto the collection truck must be assured using the resources (eg, forklift truck) of the ordering company.

The user of the filling product can simply fill in the SCHÜTZ TICKET SERVICE form after emptying the IBC and send it in to the appropriate SCHÜTZ TICKET STATION either online or by fax. The emptied IBCs are then picked up within a very short time. > to The Stations.

At SCHÜTZ, all parts that come into contact with the filling goods are completely replaced with new components. The re-usable components, such as the steel grid or a pallet, are cleaned, repaired and overhauled or replaced, as necessary.
