What happens in the event of a breach of the collection conditions?
All breaches of the collection conditions will be treated individually and in consultation with the originator. If IBCs are in a condition that precludes them for collection by the SCHÜTZ TICKET SERVICE, for example, the driver who arrives to collect them from your premises will refuse to load them up.
