Why should I register?
When you use the SCHÜTZ TICKET SERVICE, you use a closed-loop system that takes care of the collection and processing of emptied containers. The containers are ecologically reconditioned and the raw materials economically re-used and recycled.
Our once-only registration facilitates repeat requests for the collection of empty IBCs. After registering, you receive a client number. With this number, you no longer need to give any further contact/address details when submitting the ticket because the data you provide when you register enables us to process your orders to your specific requirements. In future, the number of containers and the necessary information about filling goods is all we need from you.
How can I register? The simplest and most convenient way is practical online registration. The navigation menu takes you step by step down the form and once you’ve sent it off, you can immediately request your first SCHÜTZ TICKET SERVICE collection. > to online registration.

What details do I need to give when I register?
When registering, you will first be asked for general information about the emptier: company name, address, place name, etc. You will then be asked to specify any particular requirements you may have regarding collection – preferred collection times, for example. You will then be required to name an employee as the designated SCHÜTZ TICKET SERVICE contact and provide full contact details, including telephone, fax and e-mail. Then you will be requested to give a few general estimates about the annual number of IBCs to be collected and also given the opportunity to make any additional remarks or express any wishes you may have. The registration concludes with the general collection conditions which you will be required to accept and observe.
What happens to my personal details – will they be passed on to anyone else?
The information you submit serves solely to enable us to improve the SCHÜTZ TICKET SERVICE for you and it will only be used by SCHÜTZ. You may rest assured that your personal details will not be passed on to third parties, whether for sales or other purposes.
