Why do I have to request collection in writing either by fax or online – won’t a phone call do?
 
Your written collection request for the SCHÜTZ TICKET SERVICE constitutes the legal basis we need in order to be able to instruct a carrier to collect your SCHÜTZ containers. Furthermore, by submitting a written collection request, you officially accept the SCHÜTZ collection conditions.
 
 
Is there anything I need to bear in mind when placing a collection request with the SCHÜTZ TICKET SERVICE.

What’s more, depending on your collection region, specific collection conditions may apply with regard to the minimum number of IBCs that will be collected, the time to collection and any cost that may be incurred.

How are the collection times – are they short?
 
If you have a larger number of IBCs ready for collection, you will receive advance notification of the precise collection date. Smaller amounts will be collected within the specified time for your region.
 
 
What details do I have to give when requesting collection?
 
Basically, the SCHÜTZ TICKET SERVICE form must be fully and correctly completed. However, most of the details are no longer required of registered companies.

Should you wish to place a collection request with the SCHÜTZ TICKET SERVICE for the first time, or if you do not yet have a client number, please fill in all the details of your company as requested.
You can identify the type of SCHÜTZ container from the markings on the identification plate.
Here you will be asked for all the necessary details concerning the IBCs ready for collection:
- IBC type and volume
- number of IBCs
- ADR class (filling product)
- UN no (filling product)
- Brand name and manufacturer of filling product
Please print your name in block capitals and sign the form before faxing it to your SCHÜTZ TICKET SERVICE station.
