The Procedure
We introduced the SCHÜTZ TICKET SERVICE to make it as easy as possible for you to return empty IBCs. The various steps you need to follow to use the SCHÜTZ TICKET SERVICE are explained below:

Once-only registration

In order to keep the procedure for using the SCHÜTZ TICKET SERVICE as simple as possible for you, we request you to register with us – but only once. In registering, you provide us with all the relevant details of your company and designate a contact at your company with whom we will deal in all future communications.

Once you have registered, we will send you your SCHÜTZ client number. This client number makes its simpler for you to complete future collection forms and to track the progress of your collection request or make other enquiries at your service station.

If you already return containers to SCHÜTZ but have not yet received notification of a client number, please also complete the registration form to simplify your future collection requests.
Requesting the SCHÜTZ TICKET SERVICE

All you have to do to place a collection request with the SCHÜTZ TICKET SERVICE is enter your client number and details of the IBCs awaiting collection on the SCHÜTZ TICKET SERVICE form.

You will find a fax request form attached to the identification plate of every SCHÜTZ IBC, but you also have the convenient option of requesting the SCHÜTZ TICKET SERVICE on the Internet

Order confirmation

Once you have requested collection online of your SCHÜTZ containers, you will automatically receive confirmation of receipt of your collection request via e-mail.

This merely constitutes confirmation that your request has been received. Should containers be excluded from collection due to hazardous filling goods, we will contact you without delay.
Collection

We will instruct a carrier to collect the empty containers from your premises. If necessary, the carrier will verify compliance with our conditions.

In order to ensure compliance prior to collection, we have prepared for you a short checklist that makes checking whether your SCHÜTZ containers satisfy our conditions a quick and easy task.
