SCHÜTZ CORMASTER production.

Maximum performance every day.

CORMASTER is produced in our top modern production site at Selters in which we took up production in the year 2000. In a very simplified way, the manufacturing process can be divided into 4 steps.

1) Glueing

A special glue is printed on the aramide paper.

2) Pressing

The papers are superposed and pressed. The applied glue makes the single sheets interconnect.

3) Expanding

The papers are expanded*, forming the honeycomb block structure.

4) Dipping and curing

The block is dipped into resin, thus obtaining its stability. Then the block is cured in the oven. This cycle is repeated until the requested density of the block is achieved. The higher the density the higher the stability.

Further processing
On individual request we further process the honeycomb structures.
