SCHÜTZ began building up its own international network for the collection and reconditioning of packaging back in the 1980s. With over 50 locations, the SCHÜTZ TICKET SERVICE now collects empty containers directly from customers in all regions of the world – fast, free of charge and even in the smallest quantities. The corresponding order can be placed easily online via the web, app, email or, in the traditional way, by phone.

Short distances and software-supported route optimisation minimise the CO₂ emissions generated during transport. Wherever possible, we combine the delivery of new IBCs with the collection of used containers to avoid empty runs.

The returned packaging is reconditioned in state-of-the-art facilities according to the highest safety and environmental standards. All the recyclate obtained is reused for the production of SCHÜTZ plastic packaging components.

This makes the SCHÜTZ TICKET SERVICE the indispensable basis for our successful RECOBULK, RECONTAINER and GREEN LAYER products, which save hundreds of thousands of tons of CO₂ every year.
